Join us as we reflect on our journey of exploring the needs of modern adult learners and AI applications in PK-20 settings. This research explores andragogy and the evolution of GenAI. Our resources build on over two years of collaborative work between three friends from the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL), Molloy University (Rockville Centre, NY), and Aquinas College (Aquinas, MI). The journey began with an examination of andragogy, the theory and practice of adult learning, in the age of AI (Knowles et al., 2025). This led to a focus on the levels of adult learners we work with and learn from, and resulted in a balanced approach that includes strategies and approaches to AI competency.
